Driver

The Escort Driver is responsible for escorting personnel in and out of the project site according to the project’s regulations. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including ensuring the cleanliness and organization of job sites, loading and delivering materials, and performing construction-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to safety, be capable of performing physical labor, and be familiar with the construction industry's safety standards and procedures. Fluency in English, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in the West Palm Beach area are required.

Escort Personnel: Safely escort subcontractors, vendors, and other authorized personnel in and out of the project site premises, ensuring compliance with the project site’s security protocols.

Driving: Operate company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner while escorting individuals to various work areas within the project site.

Safety & Site Cleanliness: Maintain a keen awareness of safety hazards and ensure compliance with the project site’s safety regulations. Perform general site cleanup, removing debris and ensuring cleanliness.

Physical Labor: Perform elevated work tasks, including lifting items exceeding 50 lbs and using hand tools.

Fall Protection: Use fall protection equipment where necessary to maintain safety standards during elevated tasks.

Support Construction Teams: Follow instructions from carpenters and other construction personnel, assisting with project tasks as needed.

1. Valid Driver’s License.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs or more).
4. Previous experience in construction or similar industry preferred.
5. Familiarity with safety protocols, especially in construction and airport environments.

• Environment: This position primarily involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift items exceeding 50 lbs and perform elevated tasks such as working at heights or on ladders. Employees may need to work in cramped spaces or awkward positions.
• Hazards: Exposure to hazardous equipment (e.g., power tools), loud noise levels, and construction site conditions, including high places and potentially dangerous materials.
• Protective Gear: Employees are required to wear protective clothing and gear at all times to ensure safety.
• Work Hours: Flexibility in work hours is expected to meet the needs of the project and work schedule
