Overview
The Project Manager, Concrete is responsible for a broad spectrum of duties, covering all aspects of project management, including project planning, cost management, cost estimating, time/labor management, quality management, contract administration, and safety management. The PM is also responsible for ensuring that all aspects of project management are successfully completed. Manages overall project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, project specific estimating, submittal/RFI procurement, document control, constructability resolutions, aspects of project accounting, project specific purchasing and safety, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Extensive experience managing large-scale concrete projects.
Strong knowledge of self-perform construction methods and best practices.
Expertise in BIM, formwork installation, reinforcing erection, and flatwork placing
Ability to oversee turnkey concrete packages, from surveying and layout to site architectural concrete.
Proven leadership in managing teams and subcontractors.
Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stands; walk; and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will spend their time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level. The employee will also spend time on the physical job site and/or in the construction trailer. Job site walking, climbing stairs & ladders, spending substantial amount of time outdoors.
