Responsible for providing overall direction on projects and developing and maintaining strong working relationships with Client Project Teams throughout the project lifecycle. Visits the project sites frequently to evaluate safety, client needs, employee performance, site conditions, compliance with Liberty’s “Setting New Standards” approach, quality standards, compliance with scope, and effective management of tradespeople. Responsible for a broad spectrum of duties, covering all aspects of project management, including project planning, cost management, cost estimating, forecasting, time/labor management, quality management, contract administration, and safety management. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of project management are successfully completed. Manages overall project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, project specific estimating, submittal/RFI procurement, document control, constructability resolutions, aspects of project accounting, project specific purchasing and safety, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
The estimator is responsible for collaborating with project managers, customers, and Director of field operations to come up with viable job layouts and quotes, for all scaffold, access, and equipment applications. The Engineering estimator serves as a valuable resource for the optimization, layout and construction of all shoring, hoists and scaffold solutions and will be asked to coordinate with other regions and departments to ensure that a full-service package quote is provided to the client.
