Third-Party Recruiting Agencies

At Liberty, we value the expertise and effort required to identify exceptional talent. To ensure a consistent and effective recruiting process, we partner with a select group of preferred recruiting agencies that have been evaluated and approved by our Talent Acquisition team.

Only agencies with a current, fully executed Liberty vendor agreement are authorized to submit candidates and are eligible for placement fees. Any candidate submitted without an executed vendor agreement, or without prior coordination with the Talent Acquisition team, will be considered the property of Liberty, and no placement fee will be paid.

Verbal commitments or agreements made by Liberty employees outside of the Talent Acquisition team are not binding. It is the responsibility of all third-party recruiting and staffing agencies to understand and comply with this policy before submitting candidates.

Liberty reviews and updates its preferred agency network periodically to ensure we continue partnering with firms that best support our hiring needs.
