The regional manager will lead Liberty Construction's All Access Division, overseeing strategy, operations, business development, and fleet management across the region. Responsible for providing overall direction on projects and developing and maintaining strong working relationships with Client Project Teams throughout the project lifecycle. Visits the project sites frequently to evaluate safety, client needs, employee performance, site conditions, compliance with Liberty’s “Setting New Standards” approach, quality standards, compliance with scope, and effective management of tradespeople. Completes constructability reviews, logistics plans and project schedules to achieve all project execution and turnover requirements.
